1-Day Live Embodied Leadership Experience  

I want to take a moment to share a little more about Day One of The Science of Calm for Women in Leadership, and warmly invite you into it.

On April 12th, 2026, we begin with the ComplimentaryEmbodied Leadership Experience, a full-day, immersive online event designed to help participants come back into their bodies before the week of expert conversations begins.

This is where we gently shift out of doing…and into feeling.

ALL BODY TYPES AND SKILL LEVELS WELCOME

Through practices like breathwork, somatic healing, TRE, and other embodied modalities, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Release stress and tension

  • Reconnect with yourself

  • Create a sense of internal calm and safety

Because when the body is calm…the mind can truly receive.

✨ This is a full-day experience, and you’re invited to engage in whatever way feels right for you:

Or stay and experience the full day.

There is no pressure—just an open, supportive space to land, connect, and reset.
