Tracy Griffiths is a healing arts practitioner and educator with nearly 40 years of experience in Polarity Therapy, Cranial Sacral Unwinding, aromatherapy, yoga, and trauma-informed somatic practices. She is the founder of Aroma Yoga®, an integrative system that blends movement, therapeutic touch, essential oils, and subtle energy awareness to support nervous system regulation, resilience, and embodied transformation.
Through Aroma Yoga® Trainings, Life Energy Institute programs, and service-based initiatives, Tracy has mentored thousands of practitioners, helping them deepen their skills while honoring sustainability, compassion, and inner wisdom.
Tracy also teaches Aroma TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) - a gentle, body-based approach that supports the natural release of stress and stored tension. She brings this work into behavioral health settings, offering sessions for adolescents and young adults to help them reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate greater ease and resilience.
Her work is grounded in the belief that healing can be gentle, that presence is powerful, and that each person is a co-creator of their own well-being.
