Hi, I’m Wendy Johnston—I'm a nervous system educator and am Certified as a NLP Life Coach, a Yoga and Meditation teacher, Sound Bath facilitator, and Aromatherapist and am the founder of BREATHE + CALM. I help visionary leaders and sensitive changemakers reclaim their energy, regulate their nervous systems, and create rhythms of work and rest to maximize their Calm.

After years of anxiety, burnout and overgiving, I’ve learned that sustainable leadership starts with the body—and that rest is crucial for nervous system regulation and Calm and that it is a practice. My work weaves together science and soul: breathwork, plant medicine, yoga, meditation, interval-based scheduling, and somatic tools that connect body and mind.

And, I’m Laura Meadows, a health and wellness coach, certified elite personal trainer, and nutrition coach. I help high-achieving women over 40 rebuild their strength, energy, and confidence through sustainable habits rooted in movement, nourishment, rest, and stress regulation.

After experiencing my own health wake-up call, I learned that real strength goes far beyond the physical. It is about resilience, balance, and learning to move through life with calm intention. My work blends evidence-based fitness and nutrition with practical strategies for restoring energy and creating consistency in midlife that lasts.

I am honored to stand beside this incredible group of women, sharing the message that calm and strength are not opposites. They are the foundation for thriving through every season of life.

We created Calm Holidays, Strong Boundaries for the bold mavericks—those leading from Calm, not hustle.
