Speaker Bio

Coming from a family where yoga has always been a tool for well-being, I completed my first yoga teacher training during the pandemic. I then traveled to Nepal for two months to study with local gurus and immerse myself in the culture. After some time teaching in Spain, I moved to Australia to continue learning and sharing. I later returned to Nepal to deepen my learning and complete a sound healing course. Back in Australia, I began integrating yoga and sound in my offerings. I now live in Spain, where I’ve taught many classes—especially to seniors and young people—and I’m grateful to be able to share my practice here.
